2002 Kia Sedona- Drawing applies to all application vehicles listed above. Print this.
RT-50 - HSS (Hot Side Switching)- Included with product, so print only if needed.
Troubleshooting procedure- Print out if needed.

Wire colors used in this vehicle:

+12V - BLU/BLK
GROUND - BLK
SLOW - BLU/WHT
FAST - GRN/WHT

Special Rain Tracker Installation Notes for this vehicle:

Write the wire colors of the vehicle on the HSS drawing, and follow that
when you wire up the Rain Tracker. Use the factory drawing as a reference
to help you find the wires. Some models and years may vary slightly in wire colors.
Factory drawings can be wrong, so, confirm wire colors with a multimeter.

All wiper system wires are available at the wiper switch. They can usually be accessed
by removing one or two access panels (Kick Panels) and, possibly, the shrouds surrounding the
steering column.

2006 - 2007 KIA SEDONA
The factory drawing we have for the 06 - 07 Sedona is difficult to read.
It appears that the only way to install the Rain Tracker for these model years is
directly at the motor terminals. The FAST wire looks to be WHT and the SLOW wire
looks to be BLU. Check with a multimeter if unsure. Mount the Rain Tracker control
module in the passenger compartment under inst.panel. Find suitable power and ground.
Power source should be min. 12-16ga. wire on a 15-25A circuit. (Switched cigarette
lighter or accy.outlet is often a good choice for these.) Extend the FAST and SLOW
connections to the Rain Tracker through the firewall to reach the wiper motor.

The Rain Tracker wiper control system works in parallel with the existing wiper system, so the existing manual control modes are not affected. This page generated by vehicle data file name: kia_sedona_02-05.veh
